Overview
Come join our interdisciplinary team! At Children’s Therapy, working with pediatrics is our specialty and our passion. Our pediatric therapists provide family centered services to children ages birth through age 21 years.
Our dedicated physical therapists deliver comprehensive evaluations and treatments for children and adolescents with neurological, orthopedic, or developmental conditions. Children’s Therapy is a hospital-based outpatient clinic with a comprehensive interdisciplinary team.
Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels. Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.
Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
